カモメ三世のいわゆるブログ

メールで何かうまい話を持ちかけて、個人情報を取得するのを、フィッシィング (phising) という。この手の詐欺メール、やはりインターネット上の使用人口が一番多い英語で書かれているものが多いが、だいたいが文法や綴りや言い回しにネイティブではまずしない間違いがあるのが特徴だ。こんなの見たらすぐにうそとわかりそうで、どうして、ネイティブを仲間に入れないのかいつも不思議に思っていた。

だいたいが、何かの埋蔵金・秘蔵金の類があって、個人情報をくれると、送金してくれる、という筋書きになっている。そして、そのお金は、だいたい、ロンドンか香港か南アメリカの銀行にあることになっている。

が、最近オレの所に着たスパムメールで、ついに日本の銀行名が登場したので、全文公開して、遊びのネタにしよう。山梨中央銀行からの申し入れである。以下、紫色で書いてあるのが、メールの原文、橙色がオレのちゃちゃである。

　日本人に、ミドルネームがあるか！おまけに、ミドルネームの方にはピリオドがない。

　おお、こっちのミドルネームにはピリオドがあるねぇ。感心、感心。でも何で銀行の人が gmail 使ってるんだ？

　"having the pleasure of knowing" なんて言い方聞いたことないぞ。多分違う言語にある言い回しを英語への直訳したのだろう。なんで、mind set の M が大文字？

　機密の申し入れ (offer ... is utterly confidential) を、飛び込み (solicit) で、電子メールを使ってやるか？quarter の綴りが間違ってるぞ。スペルチェッカーぐらい使え。「which I am the Manager of」と、of をつけないと英語にならんぞ。

　甲府に丸の内があるかー、アホー！丸の内は東京じゃぁ。と思ったが一応調べたら、何と本当に山梨中央銀行本店がこの住所にあった！結構調査してるじゃん。

　自分の取り分が、55%とは、ずいぶん大胆だな。勇気とヒマのある方、このメールアドレスに無知な人を装って、メール書いてみてくれませんか？もう google がこのアカウントを閉鎖した可能性は強いが。
